How our prices work

The day your cat arrives with us, you are charged for the day. If you collect your cat during our AM opening times you are not charged for that day. However if you collect during our PM opening times you are charged for the day.


Our Services

Accomodation


Indoor multilevelled pens with windows and see through dividing panels, giving a spacious and open feel to each enclosure. Hideaway bedding area, perfect for those shy kitties!


Feeding


A selection of meat and dry complete foods are included in the price. You are welcome to bring your cats own food if preferred.


A fridge freezer is available to store your food.



Medication



Please make us aware of any medication requirements before booking.


Vet Treatment



Our own vet is on call 24 hours should your pet need treatment. Your own vet would be contacted for any 

ongoing problems that you are aware of.


Heating


Heating is supplied free of charge during the winter months.


Bedding


We can provide lots of snuggly warm bedding for your dog or cat. If you prefer to bring their own please be aware that occasionally bedding can get misplaced.



Bringing your own toys


You are more than welcome to bring your own toys, blankets and scratch posts etc.

Vaccinations

Your cat must be up to date with their annual booster.

Vaccination cards must be brought with each stay.


Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask for 48 hours notice to cancel / amend a booking. You can do this through your booking confirmation email

or by calling us direct.
