How our prices work
The day your dog / cat arrives with us, you are charged for the day. If you collect your dog / cat during our AM opening times you are not charged for that day. However if you collect during our PM opening times you are charged for the day.
Our Services
Accomodation
Each kennel has an indoor bedding area and a spacious outdoor run. Many kennels have views looking out over our country grounds perfect for those nosey doggies.
Dog Walking
Each dog is walked individually on a lead around our own grounds twice a day.
Playtimes
Fun filled playtimes are available on request at an additional cost.
Feeding
A selection of meat and dry complete foods are included in the price. You are welcome to bring your dogs own food if preferred.
A fridge freezer is available to store your food.
Medication
Please make us aware of any medication requirements before booking.
Vet Treatment
Our own vet is on call 24/7 should your dog become poorly during their stay. For preexisting conditions your doges own vet will be contacted.
Heating
Heating is supplied free of charge during the winter months.
Bedding
We can provide lots of snuggly warm bedding for your dog or cat. If you prefer to bring their own please be aware that occasionally bedding can get misplaced.

Vaccinations
Dogs vaccinations are a must. They need their yearly boosters and an up to date vaccination card needs to be brought with each stay.
Kennel Cough Vaccine
We do not require your dog to be vaccinated against kennel cough. However, dogs receiving the vaccine MUST have done so a minimum of 21 days prior to their arrival date.
Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask for 48 hours notice to cancel / amend a booking. You can do this through your booking confirmation email
or by calling us direct.

Monday to Saturday
9.30 am to 11 am
4 pm to 5.30 pm
We are closed on a Sunday for drop off, collections, and visits.
If you wish to have a look around, your are more than welcome. Please feel free to turn up during our opening hours , no appointment is needed.
